2009 is now 2010

2009 started of as THE year to take control of the future.
- We saw Gustavo finally finish his degree in January.
- April? London. One week of sunshine in the supposedly gray and cold City. Awesome.
- So, the chubbiness started to bother me in May, so the promise of going to the gym was kept.
- In July I tasted the new car smell with my new Fiat 500 :)
- August was the tanning month, 2 weeks holiday with the guys from Dubai in the Algarve. Quarteira to Lagos.
- Surf's up! In October? Yeah baby! A long weekend in Algarve to know the not so turisty Algarve. Lagos to Aljezur. And guess what! I really did "Surf" :)
- December... The birth of Eva, Ana's daughter, my "step niece" :) And the 26th birthday.

Anyway,
- Gustavo still works too much...
- Still keeps finding excuses not to go to the gym, or travel, or spend more time with friends, or start those projects for the future...


So, 2010 a new motto is in order:

“All of life is a journey which paths we take, what we look back on, and what we look forward to is up to us. We determine our destination, what kind of road we will take to get there, and how happy we are when we get there.”


Happy 2010 people!

What to do this new year?

- Travel to Barcelona!
- Go to the south of France!
- Spend time with Ana and Eva!
- Spend more time with my friends!
- Make new friends!
- Be more criative!
- Seriously Surf!
- Work only 8 hours a day!
- Do something about the lame job I have right now :P
- Be more disciplined at the gym! No more lazy ass on the couch :)
- Go work abroad, perhaps? London maybe, Stockholm who knows...

! NO MORE RUNNING AWAY !
