I am not a writter, and I am not much of a reader either, so it's no surprise that I went to see Blindness without reading the book.
It's been a long time since there was a movie that divided opinions like this.
For this reason I'm not gonna adjectivate the movie, I'll just say that I loved it, it's really well done, made me grab my seat, my heart pump and my hands sweat.
Fernando Meirelles... The cast... Brilliant...
But more important than this, in my opinion, is how could José Saramago, who's 86 to this date, been able to live his life, after been enlightened and writting a book discribing society as it really is... Made me realize that we aren't less blind then a real blind person.
